AMENITIES

Here at Fairies Hill we have many amenities to offer:

There is a car park at both locations that are hard surface chipping. Please park considerately as parking space is restricted. Do not leave unnecessary large gaps between vehicles and we ask that you please observe the no waiting areas which are designated to allow emergency vehicles access to the site.

WATER

Water standpipes are at various places along the moorings at Fairies Hill. Boats at Altofts Cut can fill up at the nearby C&RT standpipe at Woodnook Lock.

POWER

There are no electric hook ups. We are happy for you to use a generator, between the hours of 8am and 10pm, providing you are aware of the noise they produce and keep the disturbance to your neighbours to a minimum.

ELSAN

We have facilities for the emptying of cassettes only. Pump Outs are not available. A small nominal charge is made for this service to cover the costs of emptying the cesspit.

PLAY & REST

On site we have a play area to keep the younger ones entertained, Private nature walks for the more energetic and communal Picnic/BBQ areas for watching the world and the boats go by.
