All About Us

Here at Fairies Hill we are a small family run moorings.  After numerous boating holidays and then buying our own vessel we then took up the challenge of providing a mooring for like minded people.

As Boaters we have strived to make this a place that we would want to visit.

With friendly, helpful staff available to give advice or assistance if needed.

We are hidden in a rural  setting which is peaceful and surrounded by nature, on the Wakefield arm of the Aire & Calder Navigation.

We have an on site car park available.

Nearby you can find Junction 32 Shopping centre, where you can browse the shops and Xscape Castleford where you will find many restaurants and family activities available.

There is a bus stop at the bottom of the lane and a metro rail link nearby in Castleford and Normanton.
